Even though I am good at helping other's I now am in need of help. I found out that I am going to need surgery on my arm. I fell and crushed my wrist & hand, broke the inside bone on my lower arm, cracked & dislocated my elbow. This injury has caused me not to be able to goto my day job at all because of the severe pain and medication I am on won't let me drive.
With all this I am stressing on what to do because I do not have the money to pay my utility bills or buy groceries for my handicapped brother and I. I contacted a few churches in my area but they won't help until I have cut off notices. I do not have any family to help us and do not know where to turn.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice please let me know.
